Dear Students – How timely that I just came across what seems to be an excellent multiple webcast opportunity to learn and think about the trials and tribulations of plagiarism. I find this on the heels of my email last week to you regarding the pit falls of not being serious or careful about citing material.
I’m sure these webcast offerings are primarily a marketing tool for Turnitin.com but they have declared April 21 – 25 to be Plagiarism Education Week. I’ve quickly reviewed the abstracts and they seem very engaging. I’ve provided the link which will give you access to these offerings. These seem to be targeted to both students and faculty alike. And they are all free!
