The film “Maleficent” will be shown be shown in the Bayou Garden Room Oct 22.
The film is a retelling of the classic fairy tale of Sleeping Beauty.
A talkback will be held after the screening to discuss women’s roles in fairy tales.
PAVE will also be hosting a toiletry drive to benefit the Bridge Over Troubled Water individuals.
Items such as soap, diapers, toothpaste and toilet paper will be accepted.
