The UHCL Center for Executive Education is offering a workshop titled, “Maximizing Team Effectiveness: Teamwork and Team Building” as part of UHCL’s Management and Leadership Certificate Program. The workshop’s participants will build up supervisory techniques to further learn team development, team building strategies and the characteristics of successful teams.
The two sessions will take place Sept. 8 and 22 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at UHCL. An $850 fee will cover both sessions that must be attended in order to receive credit towards certification. Group discounts are available.
