The Signal is proud to introduce its first edition of Asking For A Friend (AFAF)! In this first edition, Anna Marie and Troylon Griffin II answer questions about finding motivation, being organized and so much more. 

Students cannot get the full college experience without taking the initiative to step out of their comfort zones. Getting involved in college is one of the most rewarding things a college student can do.

There are over 100 different organizations on campus for students to get involved in. The two-day event drew in almost 800 potential new members. Take a look at the gallery to see highlights of the event.

The lack of bulletin spaces creates a cold and unfeeling environment, as though the university lacks students who want to be there, but instead, has students who have to be there.

The bulletin board kiosks in Atrium I and the student organization bulletin wall by the Patio Café in the Bayou Building have been taken down. There was no campus wide communication sent out beforehand.

Music was ringing in the plaza and sounds of discussion could be heard around the tables. The wind was relentless to the organizers, blowing signs and moving tables, but they remained true to their cause and continued their work.
