After the struggle and hard-won victory of Women’s Suffrage and The Civil Rights Movement, why is it that so many of today’s voters couldn’t care less when it comes to the polls?
This October, students will be able to vote on a proposal for a new Recreation and Wellness Center. If the proposal passes, this facility will house new programs as well as a track, basketball courts, fitness equipment and other amenities.
At the Jan. 27 SGA meeting, students were presented with four proposed fee changes – one increase to mandatory fees, which every student pays, and three changes to optional fees, which only apply in specific circumstances.
