B.O.L.O-BE ON THE LOOK OUT

On February 6, 2013, Mr. Gibson YARDE (former UHCL Student) made several abusive telephone calls to the Finance Office. He previously did the same thing in October 2012. He is upset about money he owes the university. YARDE has been abusive in most all his phone contacts with university employees dating back to 2011.

YARDE has a history of disorderly conduct and has been previously arrested for assault.

YARDE is described as:

*     Black Male

*     5’9″, 150 lbs.

*     Black Hair

*     Mustache and Beard

*     Brown Eyes

*     37 Years of Age
