CLASP ‘Visions in Our Midst’ lecture – ‘Admiral Nimitz and Guadalcanal’

Description:  Explore the history of the battle site of Guadalcanal and Chester Niemitz, commander in chief of the Pacific Fleet in 1941, in a key conflict in the South Pacific during World War II in the discussion “Admiral Nimitz and Guadalcanal,” led by Peggy Hill, associate professor emeritus of reading and language arts. The discussion is free and open to the public.
