Educational Course: ‘Maximizing Team Effectiveness’

Description: Learn to foster teamwork from a management perspective in the course “Maximizing Team Effectiveness: Teamwork and Team Building” through the UHCL Center for Executive Education.

“Effective Application of Supervisory Techniques” is a prerequisite for the course, and the course costs $850 to attend or $765 for UHCL alumni, students, faculty or staff.
