Annual Veteran Commencement Honor Stole Ceremony

Description: UHCL’s annual Veteran Commencement Honor Stole Ceremony will be held Dec. 18. During the ceremony, students will receive their veteran stoles that will be used with their commencement regalia. This is a unique opportunity to have William A. Staples, UHCL president, present veteran students with a token of appreciation as a form of gratitude for choosing UHCL. Participants are encouraged to bring their family and friends to share the moment of accomplishment.

To be eligible, students must have served over 2 years of active duty in the Armed Forces and received an honorable discharge

If you will be participating and would like to receive your stole, please submit a DD Form 214 to the Office of Veteran Services at vso@uhcl.edu.

Deadline for submission is Dec. 4.
