UHCL Alumni Association award nomination deadline

WHAT: Recognize a UHCL alumnus or faculty member who is making a difference. The UHCL Alumni Association is seeking nominations for their annual awards, including the Distinguished Alumnus Award, the Early Achievement Award, the Marilyn S. Sims Leadership Service Award and the Outstanding Professor Award. Award recipients will be recognized at the annual Alumni Celebration in October.

Angela Taylor-Wilson is a senior at UHCL majoring in communication. She's a staff member of The Signal and is also the community news editor for The Galveston County Daily News, which is Texas' oldest newspaper. Angela is married, has two sons, one stepson and four grandchildren. She was born and raised in Galveston and is a 1989 graduate of Ball High School. Oh, and she absolutely loves LeBron James and ANY team he plays for.
