Leigh Anne Tuohy to be featured for live speaker broadcast

National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) will have a live speaker broadcast Oct. 18 at 6 p.m. in the Garden Room featuring Leigh Anne Tuohy.

Leigh Anne Tuohy was made famous in Michael Lewis’ best-selling novel “The Blind Side.” The book was later made into a blockbuster movie, with Sandra Bullock portraying Tuohy, which became the top-grossing opening weekend sports movie in history.

Tuohy is a renowned speaker having appeared on “CNN,” “Fox and Friends,” “Good Morning America” and more. She has also been a contributing writer offering advice through personal stories of determination and charitable giving and delivered lectures to diverse audiences from religious to corporate groups.

Tuohy will be sharing personal observations from “The Blind Side,” specifically speaking to finding value and recognizing the full potential of individuals in our communities.
