Hopdoddy Burger Bar brings hot buns and cold beer to Clear Lake area

WHAT: Hopdoddy Burger Bar opens its doors to the Clear Lake community on Monday, Dec. 17. Fans can look forward to the same great service and creative menu items they’ve come to love at Hopdoddy locations across the greater Houston area.
In addition to the mainstays with vegetarian-friendly options like The Impossible, guests can enjoy the monthly rotating “Brew Series” burger which incorporates a local craft beer within the burger. In December, Hopdoddy can expect the Big Parma, a chicken parmesan patty, IPA Pomodoro, mozzarella and basil mayo paired best with a craft draft IPA. Hop-lovers can also choose from a variety of Houston breweries on tap such as St. Arnold’s Brewing Co., SpindleTap Brewery and No Label Brewing Co., as well as popular Texas and domestic beers.
The new location will also serve the burger bar’s popular shareable items, like fully-loaded Buffalo Fries and Green Chile Queso Fries. For dessert, guests can satisfy their sweet tooth with handspun shakes like the fan-favorite Nutella Chocolate Pretzel. Behind the bar, Hopdoddy also offers a variety of margaritas and signature sips made with premium spirits and house-blended liquors.
Hopdoddy Baybrook is honored to provide support to its new community through the Goodnight for a Good Cause program, which donates $1 of each Goodnight Burger sold to local nonprofits. Since arriving in Houston in 2016, Hopdoddy has donated more than $120,000 to The Periwinkle Foundation, Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund, and the Texas chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Adding a fifth location in Houston offers local burger fans an easy and delicious way to give back to their community.
