BRIEF: College of Business welcomes interested participants to a business workshop

The last day to RSVP for the upcoming Start-Up Business Lunch and Learn is Friday, Oct. 11. The event is for those interested in starting their own business and is open to current students, alumni, and the community. The workshop is free and those who attend will be introduced to the tools needed to “start and successful run” a business and learn from experts about a range of topics including financial planning and building codes and standards.

The event is Friday Oct. 25 from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the garden room located in the Bayou Building. Parking is available in Lot R, which is located on University Dr.
