While Americans on different sides of the aisle prioritize different issues, for college students, the top issues are: college affordability, sexual assault on campus, gun control, health care, racial justice, climate change and gender equality.

Here are where President Donald Trump (Republican nominee) and former Vice-President Joseph “Joe” Biden (Democrat nominee) stand on these issues and what their COVID-19 response would include. All of these issues came from either The White House or the candidates’ official websites. Trump’s campaign website does not include an issues page, but he does have a website where he lists promises he kept.
