COMMUNITY UPDATE: Minnie Stevens Piper Teaching Award nominations

Honor an outstanding professor who exemplifies excellence in teaching at University of Houston-Clear Lake by nominating him/her for the Minnie Stevens Piper Award. This award recognizes college and university professors from across the state of Texas.

Each fall, UH-Clear Lake selects one full-time professor to honor for superior teaching. This professor then represents the university in the statewide competition that recognizes 10 outstanding Texas professors.

We encourage you to submit your nomination by filling out the nomination form on UHCL’s Piper Awards webpage and emailing it from your UHCL email account to piperaward@uhcl.edu.

Nomination forms are due by 5 p.m. on Friday, October 1, 2021.
