University of Houston-Clear Lake’s Office of Student Involvement and Leadership and Career Services invites you for the 24th Annual Student Leadership and Career Development Conference on Saturday, Nov. 13, 2021.
The 24th Annual Student Leadership and Career Development Conference will offer students a unique conference experience where leadership and career development will take center stage!
Joining us for the opening keynote, Dr. Joshua Fredenburg is an internationally acclaimed speaker, author of five books, TEDx speaker, member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc., and President/Founder of the award-winning Circle of Change Leadership Experience.
This life-changing leadership development program based in Los Angeles and New York has impacted the lives of 2,900 diverse student leaders from more than 100 colleges and universities. Many student leaders who have participated in this transformational experience have moved on to work for some of the top companies and organizations in the world.
Joining us for the closing keynote, Lillian Davenport is excited to embark on Mission: Excellence! Lillian’s career as a human resources leader includes roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Woodforest National Bank, and American International Group, Inc. (AIG), where she supported leadership development as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion expertise.
Through her coaching practice, she now helps women who are leaders in companies, small enterprise owners, and high-achieving professionals build confidence, courage, and capabilities so they thrive in their careers and develop their leadership legacies. She also founded the Maximize HER Leadership℠small group learning experience to support women in being the leaders at the levels they envision.
