COMMUNITY UPDATES: Support UHCL Community Youth Supply Drive

The following was sent as a message on behalf of the Bilingual Education Student Organization and Office of Student Advocacy.

Join UHCL and the Office of Student Advocacy, in collaboration with the Bilingual Education Student Organization (BESO) in supporting a UHCL Community Youth School Supply Drive. Help by donating new School Supplies, July 5, 2022 – August 4, 2022. School supplies will be donated to students at McWhirter Elementary, a UHCL Professional Development Laboratory School.

Here’s how you can help: Donate any of the following school supplies:

8 oz. hand sanitizer
Pocket folders with brads
Composition notebooks
Construction paper
Disinfecting wipes
Zip lock storage (all sizes)
Wet wipes
Facial tissues
Pencil Box/Bag
Pens
Crayons
Markers
Highlighters
