Space still available for UHCL’s Kids U summer camp

Students from Pre-K to 12th grade can expand their creativity and discover new interests at University of Houston-Clear Lake’s Kids U summer camp from the Center for Educational Programs. Registration is ongoing.

Featuring a variety of themed half-day camps in June and July, courses are designed to inspire exploration and learning – from science to storytelling and dozens of other subjects.

Kids U runs six camps that target different interests at different ages: Cultural Academy, Early Childhood, Math, Science, Technology and Young Writers. Topics include crime scene investigation, computer programming, kitchen chemistry, video game design, public speaking, writing, survival skills, dinosaurs, insects and more. Prices range from $139-$149 depending on the theme.
