Come see the Vagina Monologues -Raise Money for Bay Area Turning Point!
It takes place on Friday, February 17 and Saturday, February 18th at 7 p.m. in the Bayou Theatre. Tickets to see the shows are $10 each and can be purchased in the IISS office, from a VDAY Warrior/cast member or at the VDAY “Treats for your Sweetheart” fundraiser February 14th from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. in Atrium 1. 90% of the funds raised from the production and fundraisers will go to Bay Area Turning Point.
On February 28th, a PAVE (People Against Violence Everywhere) Interest Meeting will take place in the Student Orgs Room in SSCB from 5-6 p.m. This meeting is gear towards the UHCL community to see if people are interested in forming a group that advocates against violence.
