Bernadette Esperanza Torres spoke at the UHCL Art Gallery Oct. 7 about her exhibit Blooming Dreams and Fading Memories. She explained some of the physical creative process as well as her experiences that inspire her art. At the reception following the gallery talk, Torres mingled with the guests, taking selfies and sharing hugs.
