UHCL community to walk for heart disease awareness

Members of the UHCL community will participate in the 2016 Bay Area Heart Walk on Nov. 12 at the Kemah Boardwalk. Registration begins at 7 a.m. with the official start of the walk beginning at 8:30 a.m.

In connection with the American Heart Association, the Heart Walk is meant to raise awareness of heart disease and defects.
