The family Halloween tradition I hated the most was watching scary movies. The few times I bravely decided to opt out of joining my family in the living room, it was still terrifying because I could hear the scary sounds in my room while being very much alone. I have always been that person that closes their eyes and jams their fingers in their ears even when seeing the trailer of a scary movie
