Get ready for Spirit Week at UHCL
The University of Houston Clear Lake is going to be celebrating its annual Spirit Week from Oct. 8 to Oct. 12 and a wide variety of activities will be taking place on campus.
Spirit Week events will include:
Monday, Oct. 8:
- “Hawks in Motion” at the Campus Recreation and Wellness Center at 8-9 a.m., 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., and 6-7 p.m.
Tuesday, Oct. 9:
- Orientation and New Student Programs will host “Midterms Glo Up” in Atrium I at Noon.
- CAB will host Laser Tag in the Garden Room at 2-6 p.m.
Wednesday, Oct. 10:
- Student Life Office will hold I Heart UHCL Day in Atrium II from noon to 5 p.m.
Thursday, Oct. 11:
- SLICE will hold a Community Service Fair in Atrium II from 11 a.m-3 p.m.
- The Office of Student Diversity, Equity and Inclusion will host “National Coming Out Day” from 11 a.m.- 3 p.m in the SSCB Lobby.
Friday, Oct. 12:
- University Staff Association and SGA will hold “Hawks Give Back” in Atrium II from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- The Hawk Spirit and Traditions Council will host a “Glow Dance” in Atrium I and Garden Room from 7 to 11 p.m.
