VIDEO: Cricket Student Association hosts Season 6 Tournament

On March 30, 2019, the University of Houston-Clear Lake’s Cricket Student Association held their 6th bi-annual cricket tournament. Five teams competed throughout the day from 12:00 p.m. to 11:40 p.m. in Lot G, in front of the Delta and Arbor buildings. Despite some rain delays, the tournament did not skip a beat and persisted through the evening until the champions were crowned.

Cricket Student Association helps international students feel right at home through a familiar game

The Cricket Student Association (CSA) held their third tournament Sept. 16 in the SSCB parking lot. CSA was founded Sept. 12, 2016 and held their previous two tournaments Nov. 2 and Feb. 18.


No crickets chirping here, UHCL Cricket Student Association event draws crowd

UHCL Cricket Student Association held an event to expose people on campus to the sport of cricket. Despite cricket not being as popular in the U.S. compared to other sports, cricket represents something more than just a sport to some students.
