BRIEF: Deepen your peace with upcoming yoga course

UHCL’S Recreation and Wellness Center will be hosting a YogaFit Level one course on September 14 and 15 from 8 a.m. to 6. p.m. The cost to register is $480 and all UHCL students, faculty and staff are eligible for a 15% discount if registering by phone. The workshop is open to UHCL and non-UHCL community members. Participants will earn a Level One certification and be eligible to teach lessons depending on the location and other requirements.

Upon completion of YogaFit Level One, the RWC will be accepting instructor applications for all of those interested in providing quality experiences to the UHCL community.
