Hello, my name is Jenna Schaub, and I am a fashion lover looking to bring readers the latest styles and trends. The Signal Style blog was created in 2016 by former reporter Joana Castillo, and I plan to pick up where she left off. Let me start by telling everyone a little bit about myself.

In 2015, I started working at a clothing store in League City, Texas called Ella Zane Chic and Unique Boutique, and from there, my love for fashion grew. While working there, I was able to wear the merchandise, post the new arrivals on the boutique’s Instagram. However, my favorite part about the job was styling customers with outfits that made them look and feel beautiful. Once Ella Zane Chic and Unique Boutique closed its doors, I got another boutique job that started in 2017 called Paisley Lane. I did not know much about fashion prior to working in clothing, but since then my love for fashion has grown.

In the future, I hope to work for a fashion magazine like Cosmopolitan as an editor. Cosmopolitan is one of my favorite magazines and it has always been a big dream of mine to work in their office located in the Big Apple. One of the many reasons I love fashion is because it is versatile. I believe that you can style a dress or a shirt in many different ways. My personal style is comfy and cute.

Now that it is 2020, I want Signal Style to cater to all college students and show affordable ways to look fashionable. Readers can expect to read style tips and tricks for students who are shopping on a budget. Join me on this journey to finding outfits that are affordable and fashionable.
