COMMUNITY UPDATE: Updates to COVID-19 Reporting

UHCL Emergency Management has recently implemented a new COVID-19 reporting system, Veoci, and process. Please keep the following COVID health and safety protocols in mind:

  • If you are diagnosed with COVID-19 or develop symptoms, you must stay home or go home immediately.
  • If you are unvaccinated and exposed within 6 feet for 15 minutes or more to a positive COVID-19 person, you must stay home or go home immediately.
  • CDC recommends that fully vaccinated people who have a known exposure to someone with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 to be tested 3-5 days after exposure.
  • Regardless of vaccination status, if you test positive for COVID-19 or were exposed to the virus, report your exposure or diagnosis using the new COVID-19 Reporting Forms.
