COMMUNITY UPDATE: “No-Cost” COVID testing on campus ends March 22

Insurance and Out-of-Pocket Cost Update Beginning March 22, 2022

Rapid Dx Laboratory will no longer offer “No-Cost” Covid testing on any of the UHCL campuses.

Starting Tuesday, March 22: (any test received before March 22, 2022 will be at no cost)

Insurance will be accepted, and any portion of the bill not covered by the patient’s insurance will be the responsibility of the patient.
For those with no insurance, the cost will be $135 for a COVID-19 test, or $150 for a COVID-19/flu test.

You can pay by:

Credit card through the online portal on the requisition form.
Cash or check at time of service. Make checks payable to Rapid Dx Laboratory.
