Because of COVID-19 and stay home orders, sex is getting more creative. Some people desire for sexual relief for a variety of reasons including, decreasing the stress of their new normal. The endorphins and dopamine released through sex and/or climaxing helps aid in sleep and stress.

Even as restrictions are lifted, the need for social distancing continues to affect decisions regarding physical intimacy.
