[vc_dropcap type=”type1″ first_letter=”Q:” first_letter_size=”24″]Why did you choose to transfer to UHCL?[/vc_dropcap][vc_dropcap type=”type1″ first_letter=”A:” first_letter_size=”24″]“I felt I would be a good fit for the art program offered by the school, and I also considered it to be a financially responsible decision.”[/vc_dropcap]

Austin Stout transferred to UHCL from the University of North Texas and is planning to graduate in the Spring of 2017 with a degree in studio arts. He is currently working at Top Golf as a server. He is a sports enthusiast and plays basketball and volleyball as much as he can in his free time. Stout says the hardest part about transferring was leaving his club volleyball team since he was the president and enjoyed playing. Overall, he feels his decision to join UHCL was a great idea and has been a wonderful experience so far.
